Meet Matt & Colin – The People Behind the Build
We’re Matt and Colin, two brothers who’ve spent years working hands-on across every area of construction.
Matt started out in landscaping before retraining as an electrician, and now leads all of our renewable energy and electrical work, from full rewires to solar panel installations. Colin began his career as a carpenter and now oversees everything from structural builds through to the finishing details.
Between us, we cover pretty much every trade in-house, which means fewer delays, better communication, and one consistent standard of finish across every job.
All elements of construction in one place
We set up Element Construction Group because we wanted to do things properly, with honest advice, realistic timelines, and work we’re genuinely proud to put our name to.
When you work with us, you’ll deal directly with Matt or Colin throughout. Not a salesperson, not a project manager you’ve never met. Just us, keeping you in the loop and making sure the job gets done the way we’d want it done on our own homes.
We’re based in Totton and work across Southampton, the New Forest, and the wider Hampshire area, so if you’ve got a project in mind, we’re never far away.
